Our HOA requires a 30 Day minimum rental period
- $1,000 refundable security deposit if staying for less than 60 days
- A security deposit equal to one month’s rent will be required if staying longer
- $350 non-refundable cleaning fee
- $500 refundable pet deposit (if applicable)
- Electric bill (FPL) is paid by the tenant during summer months (May – Sept)
- All other utility cost are fully covered:
- Water
- Trash
- High-speed WIFI
- Landline telephones
- Spectrum cable TV + streaming channels (Amazon Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, HULU, Paramount+, Peacock and HBO)
