Rental Fees & Payment

Our HOA requires a 30 Day minimum rental period

  • $1,000 refundable security deposit if staying for less than 60 days
    • A security deposit equal to one month’s rent will be required if staying longer
  • $350 non-refundable cleaning fee
  • $500 refundable pet deposit (if applicable)
  • Electric bill (FPL) is paid by the tenant during summer months (May – Sept)
  • All other utility cost are fully covered:
    • Water
    • Trash
    • High-speed WIFI
    • Landline telephones
    • Spectrum cable TV + streaming channels (Amazon Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, HULU, Paramount+, Peacock and HBO)
